Ikusi will showcase its range of airport monitoring tools, including the Spider Pax Flow solution, for passenger movement monitoring.

The company will also showcase its ‘Passenger Demand Forecasting’ module and ‘Passenger Journey’ tools, each designed to aid critical infrastructure management.
The Spider Pax Flow solution monitor the state of the airport from a global perspective while allowing airports to track passengers on their journey in order to accurately assess passenger demand at any given location in the terminal, and measure capacity in each area of the airport – in real time.

Ikusi say that the toolkit allows operators to anticipate bottlenecks and detect potential problems, and then take proactive steps rectify, using integrated data sources which Spider Pax Flow then converts to support managers in their decision-making.

The Passenger Demand Forecasting module is part of the Spider Pax Flow passenger process which uses algorithms based on complex neural networks, to combine operations programmed using historical data from a range of airport sources such as AODB and passenger tracking. The Passenger Journey module anonymously and passively captures passengers’ facial features as they enter the airport, helping to track visitors through their journey.
