AeroCloud’s Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) is a fully managed common use desktop platform for passenger processing (CUTE/CUPPS/CUSS) providing a shared common desktop for airlines, airports, and handling agents.
- Fully IATA CUPPS compliant, providing a standardised interface for multiple airlines, service providers or other users to share physical check-in or gate podium positions, whether simultaneously or consecutively
- Easy to deploy and can allow simple re-use of existing equipment that may already be in place.
- eDesktop can be provided in either a virtual desktop hosted in our data centre or from a physical PC desktop depending on the requirement
- Captures all relevant system data and provides a web-based platform for viewing the data in real time. Extensive reports of system use, including desk usage, device counts and passenger data
