It will allow you to view PRM assistance bookings months in advance which will lead to sufficient staffing levels all year round, this in turn will reduce passenger and airline delays. Additionally airports, airlines and retail outlets will have the opportunity to upload exclusive retail offers to the PRM club which all passengers will have access too.

This PRM Assist Portal will allow you to view what PRM passengers are saying about your airport or airline and make relevant adjustments to improve your overall ranking.
