PRM Assist

PRM Assist has been set up to enhance PRM assistance operations on a global scale. PRM Assist will allow the passenger greater control over their journey it will empower them to have confidence and peace of mind when on their travels.

PRM Assist is an accessible mobile application which allows passengers begin their assistance journey at home and have greater transparency and control over their travel needs. This mobile application has been built in collaboration with our passengers to ensure a high level service for all. In addition, our mobile application and our website has been audited by the national council for the blind Ireland (NCBI) to ensure that WCAG standards are met and that all passengers requiring use of our application can do so seamlessly. Once downloaded passengers will gain control over their journey by booking their airport assistance and receiving confirmation. When in the airport passengers can receive exclusive retail offers uploaded by their departing airport  which encourages them to get involved in the airport shopping/dining experience. Passengers will also receive live gate information and flight updates through push notifications as well as many other innovative  features.

As an Airport, Airline or Regulator you can gain access to our exclusive PRM Assist Portal. When granted access to the PRM assist Portal, it will provide you with valuable data on your PRM passengers. It will allow you to view PRM assistance bookings months in advance which will lead to sufficient staffing levels all year round, this in turn will reduce passenger and airline delays. Additionally airports, airlines and retail outlets will have the opportunity to upload exclusive retail offers to the PRM club which all passengers will have access too.

Based off data from the reviews completed within the mobile application your airport will receive a ranking, which is centred on the quality of service provided, accessibility and customer service. This PRM Assist Portal will allow you to view what PRM passengers are saying about your airport or airline and make relevant adjustments to improve your overall ranking.
