A-CDM and Optimisation of Airport Processes and Terminal Resources

The 8th GroundStar User Conference will take place on 8 – 10 September 2014 in Frankfurt, Germany.

The outlook for INFORM’s aviation solutions and the enhancements to the catalogue of IT products will be presented to the growing GroundStar community at this conference,which is co-hosted by Lufthansa LEOS. LH LEOS is a long-term client of INFORM’s aviation solutions for towing and crew bus optimization.

The conference will be dedicated to the entire range of INFORM’s solutions for airports, ground handlers and airlines, and features multiple workshops run by:

Customers talking about their set-up and experience of the system and its benefits  as well as INFORM consultants explaining and demonstrating latest developments in the GroundStar world.

In a special management track specialists present their business view of system benefits as well as structured business intelligence for a detailed analysis of future performance issues.

Participants can use the occasion to discuss individual approaches guided by iBeacons technology to meet with INFORM consultants.

They will also have the opportunity to meet other GroundStar users, INFORM staff and GroundStar development partners, exchange experience and learn about new developments.

LH LEOS will be supporting the conference with an elaborate pre- and post-conference program at their Frankfurt Airport premises. Participants will be able to view a live demonstration by LH LEOS, using the GroundStar solutions for their towing and crew bus operations.
