A-CDM and Optimisation of Airport Processes and Terminal Resources

Aircraft cleaning specialist ASM Airport Service Munich, a subsidiary of WISAG, rolled out INFORM’s GroundStar RealTime system for the creation of tasks and the allocation of about 300 cleaning staff at their Munich Airport operation.

Frankfurt-based cleaning company ASG, which is ASM’s sister organization and which has already been using GroundStar RealTime since 1996, was able to roll-out the system basically on its own.

The experienced ASG project team helped to succesfully implement GS RealTime at ASM Munich in a record four-month implementation process.
