The handover of passengers with reduced mobility from one agent to the other is planned by the system.

The use of iBeacons makes indoor tracking and localization of these passengers possible. This improves the flow of automatically received real-time data and control of the current situation. In connection with INFORM’s real-time optimization solution, pro-active and fast disposition is ensured.

Generally speaking, iBeacons implemented with INFORM’s technology offer cost effective tracking possibilities with a high coverage to airports not only for wheel chairs, but also for mobile resources like dollies or tow bars to reduce searching time.
