These changes are designed to enhance the passenger experience and lower operating costs, making it easier for airports to manage the growing demand for air travel. All units incorporate advanced biometric technology to further build the touchless passenger journey. This also includes the Gate and Totem units which will be on display.
The technology provider will also present the results of its trials in collaboration with various airlines, which demonstrate how the Ink Mobile Agent app unlocks up to 35% capacity within days, significantly reducing wait times and enhancing passenger satisfaction. This new capability is sure to be a game-changer for the aviation industry.
But Ink’s innovations are not just about technology; they are also about improving business relationships and creating a digital roadmap. Attendees of the expo will have the opportunity to meet with the company’s leadership team to learn more about Ink+. This new business division is comprised of global experts from key industries, including Transportation, Smart Cities, Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism. Ink experts will provide valuable insights on navigating disruption in the aviation field.
Javed Malik, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Ink Innovation and the leader of Ink+, expressed his opinion, stating, “As digital technologies become more prominent, it’s crucial to assess their suitability for your infrastructure and goals.
