How it works

First and foremost, its specially developed dry fabric coating – in combination with Ammeraal’s proven EX Low Noise fabrics and specially engineered construction designed to reduce energy losses attributed to flexing – drastically reduces energy consumption by up to 50%. Secondly, unlike silicone which can actually attract dirt and result in FOD build-up, its dry fabric coating protects the underside of the belt from contamination – protecting the belt from pollution and subsequent shrinkage which minimizes maintenance and downtime, resulting in long term energy savings.
