• Approach poles

  The approach poles of FUCHS Europoles GFK GmbH are made out of glass fibre reinforced plastic. Thanks to the patented centrifugal casting process, our masts can withstand the high technical demands (wind speeds etc.) at airports and also fulfil the frangibility requirements. In addition, the shape of the masts completely protects the obstruction light cables from environmental influences, as they run inside the masts. The masts are also particularly well protected against vandalism, as it is not possible to climb them.

  

• Instrument landing systems

  For more than 30 years FUCHS Europoles GFK supplies frangible poles for instrument landing systems. Thanks to the use of glass-fibre reinforced plastic, the ILS Poles do not interfere with the signals and meet the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization. Our poles are suitable for all common antennas.

  

• Wind direction indicator

  Reliable, corrosion-resistant, virtually maintenance-free: our tiltable wind direction indicators made of GRP and stainless steel demonstrate quality down to the last detail. The windsock holder can be swivelled and the windsock is illuminated. For glare-free illumination from above, the mast can be fitted with a lighting cross on request. Alternatively, the windsock can be illuminated from the inside.

  

• Special solutions

  FUCHS Europoles GFK has its own in-house engineering department. This includes both static calculations and design drawings. This means that customized requirements can also be implemented without any problems.
