The ProPassage™ Automated Tray Return System (ATRS) features the latest in modular construction and flexibility. This third-generation (Gen 3) model offers endless configuration options to suit each airport’s requirements, making ProPassage the ideal solution for airports with high throughput needs or seasonal peaks that require lane expansion to accommodate increased traffic.

The fully modular design allows for faster installation and integrates seamlessly with the world’s leading checkpoint CT scanners, significantly reducing operational impact. The reduced number of components and easy accessibility also allows for simplified maintenance.

Fast in-field addition and removal of modules gives airports the option for lanes to be scaled up or down based on throughput needs. These configuration updates are easily managed within the HMI, resulting in little to no downtime.

Ergonomically designed, ProPassage provides a familiar user experience with easy loading and unloading of hand baggage. With larger than industry standard tray sizes passengers use fewer trays, and the high sides reduce sweep-outs, eliminating the need for repetitive and time-consuming manual handling of trays by checkpoint personnel.
