Pax Analyzer

Description

Pax Analyzer is an advanced analytics solution designed to assess passenger movement behavior within the terminal and evaluate the performance of check-in, border control, and gate desks. It offers predictions for upcoming hours and days, with breakdowns by flight, airline, and destination, aiding airport operation planning teams. Pax Analyzer provides valuable insights into passenger movement, dwell time characteristics inside the terminal, counts in airside and landside areas, and processing speeds at check-in, border control, and boarding desks for specific flights, airlines, or destinations.

The functionality of Pax Analyzer relies on real-time analytics and predictions derived from boarding pass-related passenger process events recorded in CUPPS, TDAS systems, and AIDX messages of flights. Passenger tracking analysis is conducted based on the date and times of passenger processes at three different workstations: check-in desk, border control, and gate. Pax Analyzer offers four types of solutions depending on the event source configuration: Type 1 (CUPPS), Type 2 (CUPPS + TDAS), Type 3 (CUPPS + AIDX), and Type 4 (CUPPS + AIDX + TDAS). It is compatible with TAV Technologies CUPPS, TDAS, and TAMS FMS solutions, as well as 3rd party solutions adhering to event message standards.

The key features of TAV Technologies Pax Analyzer encompass real-time analytics, post-operation analytics, and predictive analytics. Real-time analytics include patterns of passenger arrival times at check-in desks, dwell times in landside and airside areas, passenger counts in airside and landside areas, processing speeds at various desks, and overall process durations of flights. Post-operation analytics store all data from real-time analytics, enabling users to monitor daily operational changes for any desired period. Predictive analytics offer arriving passenger count predictions and airside/landside passenger count predictions for specific terminals in 30-minute time windows over the next three days.

Additional features of TAV Technologies Pax Analyzer include a customizable dashboard page and chart creation, advanced user management, UI customization, performance comparison between different days and terminals, playlist creation with selected dashboards, smart tables with column filters, flexible time range selections, map views, alerts and notification customization, MS Teams integration, kiosk mode views, dark and light themes, different theme selection for each user, and chart-related detailed explanations in tooltips.

The benefits of TAV Technologies Pax Analyzer encompass improved performance assessment at passenger processing points, enhanced situational awareness of passenger flows within the airport, predictive capabilities for airport passenger data analytics, capacity planning and optimization for better resource utilization, increased passenger satisfaction through reduced queues, and the establishment of secure and healthy terminals.
