Rollertrack ( ULD Cargo Handling System)

ROLLERTRACK system is the complete set-up of your vehicle makes Air Cargo pallets and containers handling operations quick and easy. Can be installed on semitrailers, trailers and trucks, in curtainsider and refrigerated versions.

The system includes 4 or 5 ROLLER WAYS, in steel, with pneumatic lifting, integrated into the vehicle floor, to facilitate the handling of the ULD CARGO PALLETS. The ROLLER WAYS are lifted by special inflatable bags, allowing safe and rapid handling of any type of ULD pallets. During transport, the rollers are in the rest position and disappear under the level of the platform, allowing the ULD to rest stably on the floor.

The system can be installed on semi-trailers, trailers and trucks, in curtainsider, van and isothermal.

A safety electro-pneumatic auto-down system is installed in each control box in order to prevent rollers up when in transit. In addition, pneumatic or manual pallet stops are provided to ensure safety and stability of the load.

This system can also be integrated with powered roller ot loads air cargo containers automatically.

• The integrity of the vehicle braking is maintained by the use of a system pressure protection valve. It doesn’t allow to use the air from the tanks, if its pressure is lower than 5 bar.
