RECYFIX MONOTEC ULTRA F 900 incorporates an elevated grating structure (100mm high) in Spheroidal Ductile Iron GJS 500-7, designed for maximum strength and durability to withstand extreme loads and forces (F 900).

The system has an innovative grating design which is fully retained, secured and supported by the channel concrete encasement through extended grating flanges (positively connected to steel reinforcement), which ensure that surface loads and forces are transferred into the foundation through the concrete encasement (steel reinforcement), with no loads nor forces imposed on the channel body.

The ‘grating-to-channel body’ connection sits deep underground, achieving a monoblock type structure, for maximum structural integrity, high-security and improved safety for aircraft, large forklifts, reach-stackers and operations vehicles.
