AMMdurance rPET

AMMdurance rPET is a revolutionary conveyor belt produced from recycled PET bottles. Engineered with a special technique of dry fabric treatment, it significantly reduces friction between the belt and the underlying machinery, thereby reducing power consumption by about 17%, enabling superior energy efficiency and protecting the fabric against dirt and shrinkage. This, in turn, facilitates its longevity and wear resistance.

By repurposing discarded plastic bottles to create high-quality fabric, AMMdurance rPET plays a significant role in the fight against plastic waste. Notably, the production of each square metre of this innovative product involves the recycling of 14 PET bottles, each with a capacity of 1.5 litres. The result is a 70% reduction in CO2 emissions when compared to standard synthetic belts.
