Flight management - AODB

Description

“Flight Management (FM)” module contains all information about airliners, airports, single service requests and other IATA standards.

FM provides an overview of users of current events at the airport on a daily basis, as well as short-term planned events for the coming period. In addition to the overview, it is possible to add ad-hoc flights, update the status of existing flights and automatically connect to the “Flight Information Display System (FIDS)” and “Flight Information Sound System (FISS)”. At the same time, FM creates the necessary MVT messages (incoming and outgoing) and enables a permanent connection with the NSITA module for sending and receiving IATA messages via the SITA communication system.

Flight Management is used for communication with other airports and for managing of aircrafts’ needs such as re-fuelling, cleaning, passenger & baggage handling etc. Also, it provides overview of scheduled flights, parking positions, issued charge notes and single service requests.
