The Z-HSTS 8000 high-security barrier has successfully passed crash testing and is designed to protect access roads and sensitive sites against vehicle-ramming attacks and deliberate intrusion attempts. It is also ideally suited for high-security applications, such as preventing vehicle-assisted escape attempts at correctional facilities.

Thanks to its innovative design, the barrier can be installed in urban environments where deep excavation for retractable bollards is impractical or impossible. This makes the Z-HSTS 8000 an effective solution for locations with limited installation depth. The barrier can be seamlessly integrated into existing security systems through individually configurable control solutions. Its modular design allows for flexible adaptation to different passage widths and site-specific requirements, providing a reliable and effective security solution for a wide range of high-security applications

Corrosion protection
System 3Plus – All steel components that are not hot-dip galvanized are treated with a high-quality powder coating. The coating system consists of a two-stage pretreatment with shot blasting and zinc spraying, followed by an epoxy-polyester powder coating and thermal curing. The coating meets the highest requirements for durability and is resistant to scratches, abrasi on, solvents, chemicals, and oils.
