ZABAG manufactures and supplies turnstile systems with special protective features designed to withstand forced entry attempts.

With reinforced components, RC-compliant bars, reduced spacing, and tamper-resistant access points, the ZENTRA EH 120 RC 2 reliably meets the requirements of resistance class RC 2, providing a robust and customisable security solution.

It is particularly well suited to security-critical areas where the highest standards of stability and protection are required. Precision engineering and durable construction ensure reliable, long-lasting, performance in demanding daily operation.

EH-variant

  • Semi-mechanical with electro magnetic locking
  • Can be controlled independently for entry and exit
  • Features a robust pawl mechanism with an anti- return device
  • Limit-point locking prevents trapping in the event of a power failure or unauthorised access attempt

Certification in accordance with DIN EN 1627 test method RC2:

The system withstood physical force and simple tools for three minutes (total test time: 15 min.)

Corrosion protection
System 3Plus – All steel components that are not hot-dip galvanized are treated with a high-quality powder coating. The coating system consists of a two-stage pretreatment with shot blasting and zinc spraying, followed by an epoxy-polyester powder coating and thermal curing. The coating meets the highest requirements for durability and is resistant to scratches, abrasion, solvents, chemicals, and oils.
