The Rostering module give you the ability to take control over shift management and provides an overview of the entire airport staff and shifts. This module gives the opportunity to automatically assign shifts to employees and fill out the necessary roster for each week. The auto-assign functionality takes various factors into the calculation:
- Employee qualifications
- Regulations regarding work hours for the day, week and month
- Vacation and sick days
- Workplace requirements
In the end, you are provided with a weekly overview of all the shifts.
