cds-AGL SlotRestore rigid is a specialised two-component epoxy grout for filling saw-cut Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) cable slots in concrete airside pavements.

The grout provides reliable filling of cable slots in concrete surfaces, restoring the continuity and integrity of the pavement at the slot location. It incorporates an epoxy grout system tested in accordance with FAA AC 150/5370-10, Item P-606, delivering high mechanical strength and durable performance under airside operating conditions.

The product is used on runways, taxiways and aprons where cable slots are created during installation or maintenance of airfield ground lighting systems.

The grout is resistant to aviation fuels, de-icing chemicals and other substances commonly encountered in airside environments.

cds-AGL SlotRestore rigid forms part of the cds-AGL system for airfield lighting installations, together with BaseGrout and BeddingMortar systems. Variants are available to suit different climate conditions and required curing times, supporting efficient installation within limited runway possession windows.

An eco variant is also available, incorporating a biobased epoxy binder to reduce the CO₂ footprint of airfield lighting installations.
