When limited back-run space or exceptionally wide clear openings are required, the ZABAG TERRA track-guided sliding gate is the ideal solution. The ground-supported design enables significantly larger gate widths and heights than those achievable with cantilever sliding gates, making it the preferred choice for heavy-duty and large-scale entrance applications.

Engineered for maximum operational reliability, the ZABAG TERRA offers virtually maintenance-free performance and is available in both manual and automated versions. Its torsion-resistant welded steel gate leaf is designed to withstand demanding structural requirements while ensuring long-term stability, durability, and smooth operation

Transport
Transport is carried out in preassembled units. All ZABAG gates can be manufactured horizontally or vertically divided, to allow transport on a standard trailer or export container shipping.

Corrosion protection
System 3Plus – All steel components that are not hot-dip galvanized are treated with a high-quality powder coating. The coating system consists of a two-stage pretreatment with shot blasting and zinc spraying, followed by an epoxy-polyester powder coating and thermal curing. The coating meets the highest requirements for durability and is resistant to scratches, abrasi on, solvents, chemicals, and oils.

Colour
as required, to a RAL standard colour chart or custom colours; standard: textured finish

Drive System
GfA drive (size according to the gate dimension and frequency of use) complete with manually adjustable clutch

Control
ZABAG-control with integrated inverter for soft start and soft stop will guarantee a fast, silent and low wear movement

Drive transmission
Sprocket (with automatic height adjustment) and external, protected chain guide or rack

Gate speed
0.2 m/s (higher speeds available upon request)
