Explanation of Trailerloda system
The Hydraroll Trailerloda system consists of several connected lightweight aluminium platforms equipped with integrated Hydraroll roller track modules. A standard trailer with 13.600mm inner length can be converted from normal freight into a vehicle suitable for air cargo / road feeder services by simply placing 4 Trailerloda platforms behind each other. The platforms come in fully pre-assembled and only need to be screwed to the trailer floor by means of special mounting brackets. The air control box is included in the delivery and will be mounted underneath the trailer and connected to the air system of the trailer. Finally the 8mm air pipes will be connected from each platform to the control box and the system is operational.
Our modular roller floor systems are commonly used in all kind of truck / trailer applications and are just placed on top of the original flat floor. However the roller platforms easily can be used inside warehouses to handle ULD’s as well.
These roller tracks are suitable to handle all aircargo ULD’s and block pallets. When the loads are in position, the air pressure can get released again which makes the rollers drop down in the roller module. In that way the ULD’s wont move anymore and this creates a flush floor service again, easy and safe to walk over. The system can withstand forklift and pallet-truck movement when the rollers are in down position.

Specific for aircargo handling we have designed our MK21 and MK24 Twin-Roller concept.
For trucking applications we always supply our easy to operate AQ control boxes along with the roller tracks. All boxes are made from stainless steel and come with our AutoDown safety feature. The AutoDown function makes sure that the rollers always are in down position when the vehicle is moving. Depending on the system length, the roller tracks can be operated per air section.
MK24 roller track height = 48mm
MK4 / MK21 roller track height = 68,5mm
As of the modularity of the system we can create all kind of floor configurations both in length and width, but as well in the number of required roller tracks / types.
Required air pressure = 2.1bar
Lifting capacity per 1 meter module = ca. 550KG (standard)
Floor systems can withstand forklift / pallet truck movement.
Multiple roller pitch distances are possible
