How it works:

The routing is driven by real flight data. When a gate changes in the AODB, the wayfinding updates across every affected screen automatically, so the direction a passenger sees is always current. Rather than a generic arrow, a screen can show the walking distance, such as an eight-minute walk to Gate C24, so people can judge whether to head straight there. Arriving passengers are pointed to the correct baggage belt, pulled from the same flight data, before they reach the hall.

Wayfinding speaks each passenger’s language. Instructions match the arriving flight, so a Tokyo arrival can show Japanese in the arrivals corridor, and a Frankfurt arrival can show German, rotating through languages or showing several at once with no manual switching. Along the route, the same screens can carry useful context, from weather and onward connections to retail offers and ground transport.

The system also helps staff manage queues and passenger flow. Through simple role-based interfaces, agents can direct passengers, manage lanes and queue classes, and smooth flow at check-in, security, and gates, keeping people moving through the busiest points in the terminal.

Because wayfinding runs on the same platform as your flight displays and announcements, one change reaches everything.
