nnounce amplifiers are the network audio amplifiers that drive an airport’s public address speakers. They are the power stage of the nnounce audio line: the announcement software creates the message, and the amplifier delivers it to the speakers with built-in processing and security. There are two models, the ampnode4 for flexible everyday amplification and the ampnode4LS for life-safety and mission-critical use.

How it works:
Both amplifiers are built on the nnounce secure and scalable audio platform, which receives continuous feature and security updates. They take networked audio and amplify it to the connected speaker zones, with built-in signal processing that exceeds what a separate DSP would provide, so you need fewer boxes in the rack.
The ampnode4 is the flexible workhorse. Its 600W total output shares across four channels, with up to 500W to 600W assignable to a single channel, and an auto-setup routine optimizes settings for your speakers.
The ampnode4LS is built for when audio cannot fail. It provides four channels at 500W each, can bridge channels in pairs for up to 2000W total, and includes redundant power supplies and spare-amplifier channel switching for continuous operation. Its auxiliary bus connects low-cost mic stations and controllers, and its phantom-powered inputs can drive ambient noise sensing microphones. Both models carry secure boot, encrypted firmware, and tamper sensing.
