Plaza Premium Lounge has opened its first short stay Day Hotel at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru, India.

The new Day Hotel is located in the Domestic Departures area and complements the two existing Plaza Premium Lounges in operation at Kempegowda Airport. The hotel offers transit passengers the flexibility of hourly rates and provides a range of other services suited to a shorter stay.

G V Sanjay Reddy, managing director for Bengaluru International Airport Limited, the operator for Kempegowda International, said, “Kempegowda International Airport is a reflection of the city and has a distinct passenger profile emerging from its reputation of being a business destination and start-up capital. Availability of a Day Hotel is of very high significance to this audience as they transit frequently for shorter durations. Designed by Australian architect Mitchel Squires from MSA, the hotel combines soft and warm lighting with lush greenery and earthy timber.
