A New Way to Travel

The resumption of commercial air transport at Quito International Airport from June 1 has marked a milestone in Latin America, having reactivated its regular operations by applying strict measures and sanitary protection procedures, which includes continuous cleaning and disinfection of all passenger and airport personnel transit areas.

The main focus of the entire Quito International Airport community is to protect our passengers, as well as all people who work and provide services at our airport, which is the main gateway to Ecuador.Within the new way of travelling that we have to implement, we have worked intensively to offer our passengers a range of high-level services, emblematic of our Skytrax 5-Star Airport category, including VIP lounges, commercial offering and a variety of services. However, the situation we are going through requires us to keep some shops and restaurants temporarily closed until the volume of passengers at the airport increases.

All the information on the sanitary requirements that the Government has established for entering the country, as well as the preventive measures that Quiport has implemented, can be found at https://www.aeropuertoquito.aero/en/covid-19-protocol.html.

The restart of flights will still take a few weeks. Therefore, we encourage our passengers to constantly review information about flights availability offered by the different airlines that operate in Quito. To make this process easier, you will find in the following link all the airlines contact information https://www.aeropuertoquito.aero/en/contact-information-for-airlines-at-quito-airport.html

Those of us at Corporación Quiport, as well as the entire QuitoInternational Airport, work 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to guaranteeyour safety when you pass through our airport, in order to connect youwithin the country and the world with quality and efficiency.
