The French government is planning to sell off €690 million of shares in Aéroports de Paris (ADP), according to reports.

The government will retain a majority stake, French finance minister, Pierre Moscovici, said in a statement on Thursday.

France currently owns 54.5% of ADP, while state-sponsored FSI holds a further 5.6 percent.

The government will use proceeds to finance new investments.

The French finance minister said the government was planning to seel about 10 million shares in ADP, which operates Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.
