Aéroports de Paris (ADP) handled a total of 92.7 million passengers in 2014, which was an increase of 2.6% compared to the previous year, and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport led the way with a record 63.8 million, up 2.8% on 2013.

The operator says, Paris-Orly Airport handled 28.9 million, a rise of 2.1% on last year, and both Paris gateways posted new traffic records in the process after new routes were added.
 
Traffic increased by 4.2% over the first half of the year and by 1.2% over the second half of the year, and all 11 months apart from September, when traffic figures was impacted by the Air France pilots' strike were record traffic calendar months for ADP.
 
Traffic mix was positive with international traffic (excluding Europe) was up by 1.9%, driven by the following destinations: the Middle East (+6.7%). Asia Pacific (+3.1%), Latin America (+1.4%), North America (+1.4%), and Africa (+0.7%)
 
Only the French Overseas Territories saw a slight drop (-0.2%) while European traffic (excluding France) grew strongly by 5.3%, but traffic within France was down by 2%.
 
The number of connecting passengers increased by 0.6%, and the connecting rate stood at 23.4%, down by 0.8 points.
 
Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 38% owned by ADP increased by 13.7% in 2014 including Istanbul Ataturk with 56.9 million, up 11%, Ankara Esenboga 11 million, up 0.6%, Izmir 10.9 million, up 6.9%, and Zagreb 2.4 million, a rise of 5.7%.
 
In December 2014, ADP welcomed 7.3 million passengers, which was an increase of 3.2% on December 2013, and 5 million passengers travelled through Paris CDG, and 2,3 million passengers were handled at Paris-Orly, up 1.5%.
 
Traveller traffic at TAV Airports in December increased by 16.9% in December, compared to the same month in 2013.
