İGA in environmental collaboration

Istanbul Airport operator İGA has joined forces with the Mind Your Waste Foundation to raise awareness of waste management and recycling.

The organizations have launched a photography and short film competition called ‘Are You Aware?’, which is open to both amateurs and professionals. Also supported by Büyük Efes Art, the competition will welcome entries until February 29, 2020.

‘Are You Aware?’ aims to draw attention to the fact that our seemingly limitless resources are fast running out, the rubbish strewn around does not decompose, and that we can turn the tables.

Applications can be submitted online at www.farkindamisinyarimasi.org and the results will be announced in March. The artists behind the top three works will receive a monetary award and the 20 highest-rated works will be displayed at Istanbul Airport.
