Work on new pre-flight area starts at Exeter Airport

Construction is underway for a new boarding gate area

Initial ground works are underway for the construction of a new boarding gate area ahead of a busy 2019 which will see the first ever series of flights from Ryanair. The passenger pre-flight waiting area is being built alongside the current boarding gates with a new entrance from the departure lounge. The project of improvements, which will be completed within six weeks, will not only take place on the adjacent piece of land but will include a linking corridor from the main terminal and changes to the existing facility.

The scheme when finished will allow Exeter Airport to provide a more swift boarding operation but during this time of construction we wish to apologise for any inconvenience or disruption.
