PANYNJ seeking industry feedback for Newark Airport development program

Airport operator the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) has issued a Request for Industry Feedback (RFIF) for its proposed US$2.3bn Terminal A redevelopment program at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.

Initial plans for the project outline the construction of a new 33-gate passenger terminal as well as a 3,000-space parking garage and related infrastructure improvements. The program is expected to generate 9,000 jobs, US$600m in wages, and US$3.3bn in economic activity. The program is scheduled for completion in 2022.

The RFIF is designed to solicit opinions and expert strategies about the project from all industry professionals who are able to contribute valuable insights into a modern airport redevelopment program.
